Influence Marketing is looking to hire a proactive and motivated individual to execute full-cycle recruitment for Retail Marketing programs and campaigns (high volume & time sensitive). The Staffing Specialist will work closely with Account Teams to recruit and select the best suited Brand Ambassadors for a variety of campaigns. It is an entry-level position, with great upward mobility potential. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, is self-motivated, resourceful and process driven!
Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle recruitment in a high volume, time sensitive setting, from initial sourcing stage to creating and administering employment contracts for Retail Marketing programs
  • Work with teams cross functionally to fulfill staffing needs and timelines for each program, contributing ideas and solutions to achieve optimal results
  • Add, update and manage staff files
  • Retain and grow a roster of Brand Ambassadors across the country
  • Strategize and research different recruitment platforms and options depending on the program
  • Assist with campus and regional recruiting activities (travel within Canada)
  • Source and liaise with college/university contacts to help recruit Brand Ambassadors Attend marketing events to build relationships with Brand Ambassadors and recruit onsite
  • Visit stores to assess Brand Ambassadors and gather insight regarding store and consumer experience to better understand the programs being recruited for
  • Support Account Teams in client meetings and presentations
  • Add value to programs by contributing creative solutions to problems and improving inefficiencies
  • Contributing to company culture by demonstrating positivity and above and beyond attitude

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities):
Skills, Education, & Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited university or college
  • Strong program management skills: time management, organization, planning, and problem solving
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Possesses a passion for detail, administration and process
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Works independently and proactively to get the job done with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional communicator; both written and verbally
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
