Why Brands Are Racing to Join the Beneva Mississauga Marathon

Each spring, Mississauga becomes the centre of the running community. The Beneva Mississauga Marathon unites people across the GTA through movement, community, and shared ambition.

For more than two decades, the event has been a catalyst for connection. It brings together runners, spectators, and partners who want to be part of something that strengthens the city and reflects the values of those who call it home.

The Beneva Mississauga Marathon returns for its 22nd year on April 26, 2026. The event begins and ends in Celebration Square, creating a central hub where more than 5,000 runners, 10,000 spectators, and hundreds of volunteers come together in a single coordinated experience.

For brands, the marathon offers direct access to a community that values health, inclusion, and local pride. Eighty-eight percent of participants live and work in the GTA, and sixty percent of the field is new each year. This creates a consistently refreshed audience that is open, motivated, and highly receptive to meaningful brand engagement.

The scale of the event extends beyond the course.


Each season delivers 9.5 million consumer impressions across social, email, web, outdoor, and on-site channels. Since 2023, the marathon has helped raise more than $125,000 for local health and community causes. These results reflect a long-standing reputation built over twenty-two years of trusted engagement.
