Beauty Demonstrations
L’Oréal Luxe relies heavily on their national in-store demonstrators to drive trial, consideration and purchase of their luxury beauty products. Events take place at various retailers across Canada including Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hudson’s Bay, London Drugs, Jean Coutu, Nordstrom, Saks and Holt Renfrew.
The Challenge
A seamless transfer for large a workforce, which includes recruit, train, manga and payroll. Also included is full HR management of the demonstrator team. When Influence took on the program, it required the transfer of employment, system training and onboarding of 500+ beauty demonstrators.
Strategic Approach
The program needed to provide L’Oréal with tools such as a customized software application used for scheduling, budget management, real-time reporting and performance management tracking. Implementation, including process development, workback scheduling and diligent time management allowed for a successful transition and launch of the overall program on time and on budget
The Campaign
8+ years working on the Core Luxe business. Continued growth against overall program start and the addition of new and incremental services and divisions with L’Oréal. An ongoing , fully integrated and seamless partnership that deliver significant Sales for their business , year round.
