We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Digital Project Coordinator to support our digital marketing and client delivery efforts. This role will play a key part in coordinating digital initiatives, supporting microsite and website execution, assisting with reporting, and ensuring smooth delivery across teams.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys variety in their work, and can manage multiple moving pieces while keeping projects on track.

Salary Range: From $52,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital projects across creative, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple clients and projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Support execution of websites, microsites, landing pages, and digital experiences using tools such as Plasmic, Digital Ocean, and Figma
- Assist with content implementation and updates across websites, microsites, email platforms, and social channels as needed
- Conduct basic QA checks and support launch readiness by confirming accuracy of builds, content, and deliverables
- Basic understanding of AI to leverage when needed
- Support reporting efforts by compiling performance updates using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Summarize performance data into clear internal updates and client-friendly reporting
- Participate in client meetings to support note-taking, action items, and follow-ups
- Prepare project updates, milestone summaries, and status reports to maintain alignment across teams
- Support client relationships through strong communication, organization, and proactive follow-through
Skills and Experience Required
- 1 – 3 years experience working in digital, marketing, or web-based environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously while adhering to attention to detail
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, technical, and client-facing teams
- Familiarity with websites, digital workflows, and content implementation
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio is helpful
- Experience with CMS platforms and digital content publishing is an asset
- A proactive attitude solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently and escalate when needed
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS
- Experience supporting email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Exposure to design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
