The Challenge

The Mississauga Marathon was in market for 19 years prior to Influence acquiring the property. We then rebranded not only the event but the overall runner experience.

Strategic Approach

While Influence has 30 years of event execution experience we needed the expert help of Run Well Events to support as Race Directors. Having ideated and developed a number of event properties over the years from Adventure Races, Cycling, Golf, Ski and Running event, we have enough humility to know when experts play a role in ensuring a truly authentic and unique participant experience.

The Campaign

So far, the response has been amazing and the team has met so many incredible people, each with a deep rooted connection or fun memory to share about Ontario Place.
