The Challenge
Hisense’s rapid growth had come with some growing pains. Their website lacked the sophistication required to evolve with the brand, nor was it capable of scaling relative to their growth.
Strategic Approach
Taking a long-term view at Hisense’s growth trajectory, we moved away from an off-the-shelf platform and evolved them from a website to a custom online ecosystem that would offer greater scalability, efficiency and control.
The Campaign
We started by migrating Hisense’s legacy site into our proprietary IMDIGITAL back-end, then went to work on creating front-end enhancements. In addition, we added new features including an Extended Warranty purchase plan (e-commerce), a new Support Portal (digital asset management) and CRM. We continue to manage, update and enhance Hisense’s online platform in both Canada and the US.
