L'Oréal Luxe

L’Oréal Luxe relies heavily on their national in-store demonstrators to drive trial, consideration and purchase of their luxury beauty products. Events takes place at various retailers across Canada including Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hudson’s Bay, London Drugs, Jean Coutu, Nordstrom, Saks and Holt Renfrew.

Influence provides L'Oréal Luxe an employee outsource solution, which includes payroll and human resource management of the demonstrator team. When Influence took on the program, it required the transfer of employment, system training and onboarding of 500+ beauty demonstrators.

The program also provides L'Oréal with tools such as a customized software application used for scheduling, budget management, real-time reporting and performance management tracking.
