Reach every location in the country that signs on with the SKIP the Dishes program. Install and placement of appropriate POS and signage as directed by the Account teams. Deploy quickly each month against new lists of locations in a timely and efficient manner.

Strategic Approach

Created a process that Allows Influence to have a flexible work force to adapt to new locations month to month. Additionally layer on complex shipping and inclination to a large National team.

The Campaign

Every month our internal team reaches and engages our new “SKIP” business partners to ensure they can communicate to their customers – their partnership! Continually recruit for new geographical areas while deploying in major centers quickly and easily. Place the POS , communicate to the Manager/Owner and capture it in the report to confirm placement and any other updated information that may be needed or found.
