ROLE OVERVIEW
The Account Coordinator will report directly to the Account Executive and will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various logical and administrative functions.
Offering:
key responsibilities:
· Support Account teams in executing deliverables for clients
· Assist with the development and production of creative, online and other collateral materials for clients as required
· Assist with tasks including client invoicing, inquiries, payment requests, etc.
· Working with Account Executive to produce reporting
· Assist with developing measurement methods to track and improve effectiveness and efficiency of programs
· Assist with the following tasks;
o Sourcing, recruiting and hiring retail program Brand Ambassadors
o Coordinate Brand Ambassadors communications
o Complete payroll and submit expenses for Brand Ambassadors
· Coordinate shipping and receiving
· Build training decks and facilitate training for Brand Ambassadors
· Other duties as required.
skills & experience required:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in in marketing or agency and/or retail/customer service experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours including minimal overnight travel, evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A respect for process, strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills – able to quickly identify key issues
- Client service orientated with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships.
- Teamwork – works cooperatively and effectively with others to reach a common goal
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Access to a vehicle with a G2 or G class license is preferred.
