We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Experiential Group Account Director to lead client relationships, oversee projects, and drive strategy to deliver extraordinary brand experiences.

Client Leadership:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering value, addressing concerns proactively, and exceeding expectations.

• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to discuss performance, strategy updates, and potential growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Develop innovative experiential strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive measurable engagement.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging technologies to craft forward-thinking campaigns.

Team Management:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of account managers, project managers, and creative professionals.

• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance, ensuring team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.

• Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Budget Oversight:

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial parameters.

• Monitor and control costs while maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.

• Provide clients with detailed budget forecasts, reconciliations, and transparent reporting.

Campaign Execution:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of experiential campaigns, from concept development to post-event analysis.

• Manage timelines, production schedules, staffing needs, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.

• Anticipate and resolve challenges during planning and on-site execution, maintaining a solutions-focused approach.

Collaboration:

• Partner closely with creative teams to translate client objectives into compelling concepts and activations.

• Work with production and operations teams to ensure technical and logistical aspects are flawlessly executed.

• Integrate digital and social media strategies into experiential campaigns to amplify reach and engagement.

Insights & Reporting:

• Track and measure campaign performance against established KPIs using data-driven methodologies.

• Provide clients with comprehensive post-campaign reports, including qualitative and quantitative results.

• Offer actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns based on insights and client feedback.

Business Development:

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow client accounts, upselling additional services or expanding scopes of work.

• Partner with business development teams to pitch and secure new client opportunities.

• Represent the agency at industry events and conferences, networking to drive awareness and generate leads.

Innovation:

• Identify new experiential trends, platforms and technologies to create cutting edge experiences.

• Innovate new ways to engage consumers in=person and digitally through unique, immersive events.

skills & experience required:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business (preferred), or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, client services, or account management (agency experience preferred).

• Proven ability to manage large-scale experiential campaigns and budgets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and growing talent.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating impactful brand experiences.

• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
