We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative and sales support to three Vice Presidents.

key responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
       
    • Provide operational and administrative assistance to three VPs working in Sales.
      •  
    • Prepare and format sales presentations, reports, and proposals using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
      •  
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and handle expense reporting.
  • Sales & Outreach Support:
       
    • Conduct general sales outreach and client prospecting.
      •  
    • Research potential brands and target markets.
      •  
    • Manage and update CRM systems and contact databases.
      •  
    • Assist in LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
      •  
    • Coordinate social media content and assist in newsletter management.

  • Marketing & Event     Coordination:
       
    • Draft and distribute media releases.
      •  
    • Research conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry awards.
      •  
    • Manage award submissions and identify relevant industry events.
      •  
    • Source items and negotiate with vendors for marketing materials or event needs.
    •  
     

skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Resourceful, proactive problem solver that can find their way around roadblocks
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and event coordination is a plus.
