The Freedom Mobile program focused on conducting performance-based mystery shops at Freedom Mobile locations (both corporate and dealer owned) across Canada. The goal of the program was to ensure that dealers and customer service representatives delivered a best-in-class customer experience, while ensuring that all staff were properly educated on FreedomMobile’s offerings. Our client wanted to know staff were and able to convey key messaging that met the needs of their customers. Influence Marketing worked to strategically develop the program, recruit and train mystery shop staff, execute visits within a given timeframe, and report back on findings. In addition, Influence provided real-time data directly to key stakeholders via a customized data management dashboard.
